We have had 4 staff members receive the following page when they try to reach the login page for Emma using Internet Explorer (new Microsoft Edge version). The staff are located in 4 different cities.

The issue seems to be intermittent. They may be able to login one time and the next they receive this page.

Can you please let us know if there is a way to work around this?

Hi Amber!

Greg with Emma Support here!

We've heard from several other Microsoft Edge users who've encountered similar issues logging in.

We've researched this quite a bit, and have found that there are widespread problems with Microsoft Edge and logging in to various websites (not just the Emma site) after some updates to Windows 10. There are steps that can be taken to undo those updates, but they require a bit of savvy to accomplish so we prefer to avoid that option.

An easier solution (and my recommendation) would be to use a different web browser. Here at Emma, we primarily use Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (I personally use Chrome for both work and home use). Both are excellent browsers and our application works well on them. Switching to one of them should clear up your issues logging in to Emma.
