I'm running into a problem trying to add a signup form to my site. I'm clicking on the "down" arrow next to my signup form, and click the option for "Add to your site". The popup comes up showing several different embed options, each of which has a little code box. I can highlight the code in the box, and I can hit command C to copy it, but when I try to paste it, there's nothing on the clipboard to paste. This is true for all the options in the popup. I'm using Firefox 51.0 on Mac.

Hi Meaghan,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the embed codes! There are definitely a couple things we can try here, but the first thing that might get you rolling again is to attempt to use the Control+Click ---> Copy method to see if the embed codes get added to the clipboard. Can you give that a shot? Something else I'd like to confirm is whether or not you are able to copy and paste from other locations, or if this limited to the code boxes we provide.

I jumped in and had no difficulty copying and pasting on my Mac using Firefox 51.01, so let's rule out local settings/extensions getting in the way. I recommend loading Firefox in Safe Mode as that will disable any custom settings and extensions. If it works for you in that mode, it'd be safe to say that a local configuration is the cause.

Let me know how that works out! I'll keep an eye open for your reply.
