Can't find export button for contact group

I have searched far and wide for the "export list" button that supposedly shows up next to my contact group.  In fact, I haven't seen the word "export" on any button or drop-down menu on the whole site.  I've tried on both Safari and Firefox. 
What's up?

Hi Mackenzie,

It looks there has not been a primary contact assigned for your sub account "CA581 - OC College". A primary contact would need to be the one to export any needed data from the account.

A primary can be assigned at the agency level by either a manager or the owner of the Young Life agency account. They would just need to navigate to menu > accounts > "CA581 - OC College" > manage team > make primary.

Dear Zach Sharp, I checked out my account access and your website stated that I have full access. Does this give me access to export?

Hello!

This would be specific to the primary user. While a primary and a team member can both have 'full' access, this is one function that only the primary would be able to do.

In your case, check out the drop down in the top right of your account, then teams. This should show you your team members for the account!
