I have searched far and wide for the "export list" button that supposedly shows up next to my contact group. In fact, I haven't seen the word "export" on any button or drop-down menu on the whole site. I've tried on both Safari and Firefox. What's up?
It looks there has not been a primary contact assigned for your sub account "CA581 - OC College". A primary contact would need to be the one to export any needed data from the account.
A primary can be assigned at the agency level by either a manager or the owner of the Young Life agency account. They would just need to navigate to menu > accounts > "CA581 - OC College" > manage team > make primary.
