I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble! I’m not seeing that your account is frozen or your username is locked out. Are you encountering an error message when attempting to log in?

You might try clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies, shutting down the browser and restarting it to make sure you’re working in the freshest version of your browser. If that doesn’t do the trick, will you please let me know the browser type and version you’re using? (For example, I’m using Firefox 26.)

I'm trying to create a members field (drop box), when I'm finishing creating it and trying to save it, the system send me an error and when I tried do it again it send me to the login page, at the moment I log in it send me a "Ooops" error. I'm using Explorer and Chrome
