Change links after send?

We sent an email with a link to the wrong URL. Since Emma uses redirects to track links, is there any way for the customer support team to change the redirect after the email is sent? This is something we could do with Salesforce and would be handy, but I was glad it was limited to only customer support being able to change things post-send, not us end users.

You could also send a quick "oops" correction email to your customers with the correct linkĀ - no shame in that if you do it promptly! Just call it out in the subject line and opening of the email body.

Hi Elaine!

We don't have any additional functionality to affect mailings (or links in mailings) once the sending has been completed, unfortunately.

As Noah suggested, we have this happen all the time and certainly wouldn't mind helping out with putting together a follow up email for your contacts!
