We've created a signup form on our website and would like to link "Sign up to receive our future emails" to go to the web page. How would we do that?

Hey David!

I wanted to reach out to clarify some information here.

- Are you using an Emma form on your site currently?

- If so, is this a classic form, or a Lightbox form?

- If it is a classic form you have the option of redirecting to a URL of your choice. I will include a screenshot of this below.

I'll keep an eye out for some more info so we can keep digging on this.

Thanks!

Zach

Hello Zach,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I'm using a classic form. To clarify, we would like to change the link on the template's footer. Here's a screenshot of the link we would like to change.

Cheers,
David

Hi David,

I merged our community posts so we can continue working on the signup form editing here.

Would you be able to provide the name of the signup form you are editing and the campaign that it is tied to?

I can jump in and take a look!

I'll keep an eye out for your response, thanks!

Hi Zack,

The main account is George Mason University, the sub-account is Office of Communications and Marketing.

The classic form we're having trouble with is called "The George Signup" and it's connected to "The George" template/campaign.

Please let me know if you need any other information to look at the signup form.

Hey David,

The form tied to this template would be your other form, "Signup & Preferences Form". Try editing this, saving, and seeing if the changes correctly correlate to your mailing.

Let me know if I can answer any questions on this.

Thanks!
