Change of address at bottom of newsletter

Hi I need to change the address at the bottom of our newsletter. Is it linked to our original application because we have moved.

Hi! Updating the address for your account is definitely an important step. When completing that task you will first want to login and click the Account Administration icon in the upper right corner then go to Settings and billing.


On that page you will notice the Sender info tab located near the middle of the page and you can complete your address update there.


This will also update the address located at the footer of your campaigns. That said, if our design team created a custom template for you then it is possible your address is hard coded and will not be updated. If while testing your next campaign you notice that your address is not updated, contact our Support team to have the additional updates completed.

What about if you have two locations? We want some of our emails to come from Vancouver and one from the Okanagan - so we need to addresses at the bottom....

hi, i have already updated our new address details via Account Settings section but the old address still remains the same at the bottom of our campaign page.

Can you help please?

Hi there! It sounds as though your address is hard-coded into your template. I’m glad to take a look — What’s the name of the template that needs to be updated? I’ll make sure the address matches what you’ve entered in your account settings.
