Changes group status from not sync to sync (SF)

Hello,

I added a new group to EMMA and when I imported them I set it so that they would not sync into my Salesforce.  I would now like to change that so that they will sync but cannot figure out how/where to change that.  Can I do that from inside of EMMA or do I have to find a way to do that in SF?

Hey Howie.

When you initially connected Emma for Salesforce, did you uncheck that Emma group so it would not sync with Salesforce? If so, you can update that setting by having a system administrator head to the Emma Setup tab in the Emma Email Marketing section of your Salesforce org. You'll click through the steps until you reach the final one; at the bottom of that page, you'll find a list of your Emma groups and you can check the box for the one you'd like to now sync over. From there, you'll hit Complete Setup.
