Changing an image: pre-populate link and alt text

  • Under Consideration
I often clone campaigns to create a version with slightly distinct content for a different audience segment. It would be great if, when changing the image used in an image block, all the settings could be saved so I don't have to type/set them again: hyperlink, alt text, padding and the "save to library" checkbox.

Another useful feature would be for the hyperlink field to include a dropdown of recently-used or often-used links. We often have links going back to our storefront and it would be nice if I could just select it instead of having to type or copy/paste it all the time.

Hi Joel! I'm creating a new space for us to talk through this idea, since it's a bit different. :) Be with you there in a moment!

Please reference the new conversation here: Add dropdown of recently used hyperlinks for link field

Good morning! We're calling this under consideration because we're focusing on other aspects of the Emma app outside of the editor right now, though this is a great request. Once we have a better handle on the kind of resources we'll be putting toward the drag & drop editor in the next few quarters, I'll update you.

Thank you!
