We would like to change the "Sign Up" link on our template's footer so it connects to "classic" form we've created in Emma. Here's a screenshot of the link we would like to change.

Hi David,

There are a few options here:

- This part of a mailing will typically tie back to a 'default signup form' in your account. You can simply just edit the form that this link is tied to in your classic forms and the changes will reflect in mailings.

- There is also an option to select which sign up form gets used during your review and send process. You can select this custom form when applicable, before sending.

- If we have created a custom template for your team and you are looking to replace this link we can look at that as well.

I hope this points you in the right direction, let us know if we need to take a deeper dive by providing the sub account you are working within and we can take a look.

Thanks!

Zach

Thank you, Zach

The form is now linked to the template. The other issue we're having is editing the form. We're trying to make edits, like hiding certain fields and editing labels, but when we click Save the new changes don't show. How can we best fix this issue?

Hi David, would you be able to provide the name of the signup form you are editing and the campaign that it is tied to? I can jump in and take a look!

I'll keep an eye out for your response, thanks!
