I have created an excel file in order to import into my contact fields. I have used the ::: format and although all of the categories under the title "Affiliations" are showing up in the quick search results of a contact, they are not all getting checked off in the actual field box. I have done multiple tests, even adding a space after the ones in question below, but nothing helps. I continue to lose the check in those 5 boxes although I have cut and pasted directly off of the site.
I have tried in Google Chrome, Safari and have tried with a csv file as well. Same results. I have attached a link to the excel file I used to import and a screenshot of the field where they do not all get checked off. This is under my client Alkahest.

Hey there, thanks for posting! I just did some testing in your account, and it looks like the problem is with the field itself. I recreated another version of that field, called Affiliations, and imported your test spreadsheet. Each of the boxes got checked in the new field, but just as you experienced, not in the old Affiliation(s) field.

If you already have content in that field for other contacts, I would recommend exporting your audience list, then reimporting so you can bring that information over to the new field. Then, delete the old one and start using the new Affiliations field.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

What a relief. Thanks for proving it was a glitch in the fields. Appreciate it so much!
