Clicks On Response Page vs. Clicks In Export

In the response page view, I see a number for total clicks vs. unique clicks. When I export responses into an excel file and do a sum of all of the clicks, the total does not equal either number that I see on the 'clicks' tab on the response page. We did a split test of this particular mailing so does the export not include the clicks from the split test or vice versa? I am trying to get an accurate total of clicks to a particular link.

Thank you, Laura. I also called support on Friday and Benton has been looking into this as well. I am still waiting for a response - thanks!

Hi there,

I just wanted to let you know I have not forgotten you and that they are still working on this bug!

The bug detail is this:  with a split test mailing, the response overview indicates a certain number of clicks on a given link, however, when you click to see who clicked, the data doesn't match the number on the overview page. If you click the dropdown at the top of the details page, you can see each link and their clicks listed multiple times. That doesn't help for exporting purposes though.

Unfortunately there's not a real workaround for exporting this data currently outside of not sending it as a split test.  I've added you to a list of customers who have experienced the trouble, and as soon as I have an update, I'll circle back to let you know.
