Closed Account - Can Recipients Still Access Email Links?

We're considering closing our Emma account. If we do, what happens to the emails that have already been sent? 

1. For those who want to open in a browser, can they still?
2. If they want to reply, it will still come to us bc it's our email address, correct?
3. If they want to click on a button/link in the email, will it still work?

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that you're considering leaving us, but I'd be happy to answer those questions for you.

When you close your account with us we hold on to the contents of that account for 30 days, after that period it is deleted permanently.  I do believe that this means the webviews of your mailings will cease to exist after that 30 day period as they're hosted on our servers (I assume that's what you mean by "open in a browser").

As far as the mailings that have already been sent, they will still exist in your reader's inbox, if they reply to those emails they will be sent to the RSVP address (or  "from" address) and the links will remain functional from their inbox.
