Compare performance across agency accounts

I would like to compare the performance of accounts within my agency.

Is there a way to generate a report that, for example, gives # subscribers, open rates and click rates into one table, organized by account, for a specified period of time, or for the last 5 mailings?

Hi there Issue Media!

Thanks for reaching out!  This is a great request, and one we've gotten in the past from other Agency owners.

I know that our Product Teams are working hard right now on improvements to our reporting tools.  I'm going to change this topic to an Idea topic, and I'd love to get some more specific ideas on what you're looking for, what would be the most helpful and useful for you in your workflow.  (Any one else is welcome to chime in here too!  The more the merrier! )

So based on your post you'd like to be able to, at a glance, see:

1.  # of subscribers for a given period for all/specific sub accounts
2. Open and Click rates for most recent mailings for all/specific subs

Dream big and post back here with more ideas of what could be helpful.  How do you see this playing out?  Perhaps a report generator of some kind where you can dial in the time-frame, subs, and info you're looking for?  Regularly scheduled reporting?

Our Product team loves hearing about what sorts of things would be useful for you!

Yes, I'd like to easily create reports across the agency to compare account performances over a given time interval (in my case, it would be monthly and annually). Things I'd like to compare: subscribers, opt-outs, bounces, open rates, click rates. It would be great to set it up to autogenerate a report based on my given time interval and sub-account preferences. It's something that is too time-consuming to do if I need to go into every account one by one to grab these numbers.

What's the likelihood this will be acted on?

Thanks for the followup with details!

As far as it being acted on, I know that our Product team is currently investigating improvements to the reporting tools that we have available and are looking at what folks are looking for.

It's a bit difficult at this time to know exactly what we'll be able to do build, but I do know that making improvements to our reporting capability and easily available information is something that we are focussed on right now.

It will likely take some time to build the tools that we're looking at, so it may be a while before you'll see something released wide.   It's also possible that we could release some new tools a bit at a time as we build them and add functionality.

Stay tuned, and I'll post updates back here as we have new information!
