I noted in the compare mailings area that you are unable to compare different mailings when they are listed on different page tabs. For instance I selected an e-mail on page tab 1 and then one on page tab 5 and then selected the compare mailings. My response showed only the last mailing I chose.

We were comparing results over the course of a long e-mail campaign so even putting the max of 500 rows did not work as we still had different page tabs to choose from.

Let me know if this doesn't make sense and thank you for looking into it.

This is a great question and not one I have run into before. You are correct that the Compare mailing option doesn't allow you to compare mailings across multiple pages of response data. I have notified our developers of that limitation in hopes that we can change that behavior in future versions of Emma.

In the meantime, I believe that I would first delete any test mailings from the response view. That step alone will eliminate a number of mailings from view. This step alone may get the desired mailings onto one page. If that step doesn't condense your response date enough, you could delete even more response data. Have no fear, if you needed to un-delete that data, you can access it on the Deleted Items page of your account. Below is an image showing where that page can be accessed through the icon in the upper right corner of your account.

I hope these workarounds prove beneficial. Please reply here if there is any other way I can assist.
