Connection reset errors in Emma

A client is reporting a number of "connection reset" errors in the browser today. I'm seeing them too.

Are you aware of any issues happening currently?

Hi! Yep, we’re seeing those connect reset errors, too. Would you mind letting me know who your internet service provider is?

For others following along, we’ve had a couple reports of an error when sending reading both “Canceled” and “OK.” Confusing, no? Please go to your Response page and refresh to see if your mailing is in progress when you run into this error before trying to send again. Our Systems Team is investigating this error.

multiple copies of campaign getting sent.


I just sent out a campaign and people are reporting that they received 3 copies of it. I have no idea why. I definitely did not click "send" more than once. Could this be related to the page-load problems that are currently happening?

Thanks for you patience today as we worked to correct some intermittent page loading troubles. Our development team has made some adjustments to our system and we believe the problem has been resolved. We will continue to keep an eye on database activity and listen for customer reports.
