Contact in group not receiving some emails

There have been a few instances of a contact not receiving certain emails that are sent to a group that she is an active member of. 

If I check her status, she is active and a part of the group that was emailed, but the recent emails are not listed in her email history. 

Any idea what is going on?

Hi Melissa,

I'm sorry to hear your contact has not been receiving emails! Would you be able to provide the email address of the contact you are seeing issues with? I can certainly take a look. 

In some cases our delivery will take place and the email service provide can handle the mailing incorrectly, but this is something we can at least check on.

I will keep an eye out for your response so we can continue working on this.

The emails she has reported not receiving are:
Stedman: PORTshare Payout Options - Wednesday, September 20, 2017 3:40pm
Robinhold: PORTshare Preliminary Results - Wednesday, August 16, 2017 3:12pm

Just looking at her history in the system now, it doesn't look like she is in the groups that received the emails, but should've been at the time of these mailings?

Hi Melissa,

I confirmed the same. It is possible that she was not in these groups at the time of send, however as it seems like she has been receiving mailings consistently and successfully.

Unfortunately we don't have any way of looking at historical group membership information to see if she was in that group at that time.

Certainly let us know if you are seeing any current inconsistencies and we can dig in!
