In Contacts, under Error tab, Reason - can you tell me what "changed manually" and "delivery" mean so that we don't end up with so many errors from our mailings?  Thanks.

Hi there,

"Changed manually" means that the address was manually moved to Error by the account administrator. The are the only ones that can make that move. Usually done to keep a contact from receiving a mailing, without opting them completely out.

You can change the status of that individual back to Active at any point.
