The online editor continues to be a problem, especially creating attributes for linked text. Requires a fix in HTML -- not doable for many of our users. Even when the message looks correct in edit mode, it does not display correctly in Preview or in a message read in Outlook.

Hi Tom,

You're right -- link formatting is tricky, and we have a couple of bug fixes that will be worked into upcoming sprints to hopefully alleviate those issues. I've passed your concerns on to the product owner responsible for this work, but in the meantime, here's a tip when formatting links: You'll want the link color to be the last setting determined. So you'll format all of your text (font family, size, alignment, etc.) and once it's all done and the text is linked, place your cursor in the linked portion and determine its color.

Is the link color the attribute that's hanging you up in particular?

Tom, we released a code update this morning that should improve link formatting. Let me know if you’re still having trouble!

Great news. FYI, bolding was typically the last problem attribute.
