Converting Apple Contacts group into an Emma audience group

I'm a new Emma user- need to import some Apple Contact groups (some have 10, some have over 100 people in them) to new Emma audience groups.  From the Contacts application, they only allow for Vcard and "contents archive", neither of which seem so translate to a new Emma group.  Any ideas?

That's a great question! Since the best way to get your contacts into Emma would be by using a spreadsheet to import them into your account, that will be our end-goal for this export.

For each group you want to import into Emma, we will want to create a separate spreadsheet (in either Excel or Numbers). After doing some research from others who have the same question on Apple forums, the easiest method would be to simply drag & drop the groups into a Numbers workbook. That should populate the list and allow you to just save and import into Emma.

The other option would be to use a vCard to .csv converter. Without having used that myself, it appears to be a suitable way to convert your vCards and still bring in some of the extra data.

Hope that gets you up and running!
