This to me sounds like a browser issue. I know some folks have had that specific problem on Internet Explorer, which we don't recommend you use for working in Emma. It doesn't play well with our software.
We suggest trying out Chrome or Firefox.
Now, if you are using one of those browsers and having the issue, you may want to clear the cache and cookies on your browser. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.
