Create a Segment, not working

Whenever I create a segment, I add the lists I want to include and not include. Once I click SAVE, the segment is created but no contacts are added.

This has been an ongoing problem with MyEmma segments. We've only ever been able to create a segment once and beyond that we have to create the list manually.

I find this very strange! We live and die by segments (not to be dramatic ;) ) and more or less they work great for me.
Contacts don't always appear to be added due to browser issues. Have you tried exporting your segment to see who is actually inside? Sometimes an export can help confirm who is in your segment if your browser is not refreshing properly. You can also try "Control +F5" to clear your cache on a given tab.
Last, sometimes when creating the parameters for your segment, things don't always mean what you expect them to, so pinging your Emma contact can be useful to ensure you're speaking Emma's language surrounding the Segment setup.
