Currently when I send out an email campaign to my audience, I have to individually click on each group to send. With hundreds of groups in my database, this quickly becomes a tedious task. Can MyEmma create an option to create a master group for sending purposes only to streamline the sending process?

As a simplified example: 3 groups within a database are apples, bananas, and oranges. I'd like to select these groups into a master group of "Fruits" to all clients to fit this category. When the time comes to send out an email campaign, I simply find the master group "Fruits" and send within seconds.

Good morning! There are a few ways to do this.

First, there is a master list for you by clicking the View all contacts button on your Audience page.

But you can merge a few groups by selecting all of the contacts in the group and copying them into another group. Here’s how.

It sounds like this is the route you’ll want to go, since you want to have a subset (“fruits") of your main audience (let’s say “all food”). But if you wanted to send to all contacts across your audience, you’ll simply select the Add all groups option on the Review & Send page.

Let me know if you have any questions about this!
