I'm creating a two-column template with a row at the top, from the blank template with header option. I would like the entire main body section to have a white background and the backdrop to have a gray background. However, within the editor there is a gap between the elements in the one-column section and between the one-column section and the two-column section where the gray background pokes through. How can I create a white background for the entire main body?

Hey there!

I popped into the mailing you were working on last to take a look.  I believe this will help you out.

If you hover over the blocks and you get the yellow options on top of the block, click on the Gear ICON...

With your particular situation, you're going to want to do 3 things:

1. Set the background color to white
2. Turn off Margin (this is creating the gap between the blocks, allowing the background color to come through)
3. Turn on Padding (this will allow you to move the content in off of the edges, while retaining the background color all around)

That should give you the effect you're looking for.

Let me know if you have any questions, and feel free to pop into the Support Copy of your mailing to see how I have it set up.

Cheers!
