Definitely sorry to hear of the issues. This sounds related to an issue that we spotted and corrected recently where logins from a custom domain were causing unexpected logouts during navigation. I'm suspecting that the token error is simply a caching issue that could easily be rectified by clearing cache and cookies on your web browser, restart the browser, and then try logging back in again.

Hi Benton, Thank you for getting back to me today! I was having that problem being logged out when trying to navigate from the Home screen that was due to the custom domain login url. I switched to the standard url for the login, so that wasn't causing the problem. However, clearing cache & cookies did the trick. So this problem is now solved. Thank you! Debbie
Hi again Benton, Today when I try to create a new lightbox form I get a white screen & I'm at this url "https://content.e2ma.net/" Not sure if this is related to the earlier issue, or if I should post as a new problem. Thanks! Debbie
