Hi there!   Thanks for reaching out!

I think there are a couple of things at play here I'd like to address.

1. The Event API / Custom API Event automation is separate from the MindBody integration.  It requires custom coding to send information over from your site into Emma.  You can find information on the how Custom API Events works here:
https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Guide_to_Automation/Trigger_events%3A_custom_API_event

2. Using the MindBody integration, there are a few options for triggering automated workflows.  You can find information on that here:
https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Guide_to_Integrations/Emma_for_MINDBODY%3A_Automation

It looks like what you may be looking to do here is a "Field Change Automation" .  Check out that documentation above and this one:
https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Guide_to_Automation/Trigger_events%3A_field_change

That should give you everything you need to move forward.  If you have any questions with that, feel free to reach out and let us know!
