Custom Template not loading properly in IE

In IE (11.850.15063.0), we are trying to create a new mailing off of one of our custom templates. We get the following: 

None of the text areas are showing up. 

The templates load correctly in Chrome, though.

While Internet Explorer is an outmoded browser and we do recommend a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox for use with the Emma application, I am happy to help troubleshoot this with you. Let's try these steps to see if the issue clears up.

- ensure that you are on the latest version of IE
- clear your cache and cookies
- disable any plugins or extensions
- restart browser
- restart computer
