I have a client that is sending out a small campaign through Emma. They have a unique URL that links to their own preference centre for users to unsubscribe from one, some or all email lists.

They need the user to use this instead of the default Emma unsubscribe. I'm wondering if there's any way we can hide or not use the default unsubscribe so that users will use the URL provided by this client?

Hello again -- This isn't something we'll be able to do and still remain compliant with canspam legislation. Our opt-out link is required in order to protect us as the service provider and you, our customer, from accidentally sending to an opted out member. Using that provided unsubscribe link is the only way we can ensure that a contact who opts out of your list will indeed be updated to opt-out status in your Emma account.

You may want to encourage your client to display their audience groups on their sign-up forms so that contacts can manage their preferences using the provided manage preferences link when needed. Thanks!
