custom html getting cut off

I'm trying to upload my own html code and it pastes o.k. When I hit save it cuts off a bunch of the table cells and when I go back to view the code, most of what I pasted is gone.

Hi Barbara,

Thanks for pasting that code in here. I ran the code through an html tidy tool online (http://infohound.net/tidy/tidy.pl). Removed the <head>, <meta> and <body> tags from the tidied code, and was immediately able to paste it into my test account here.
