Because you have an agency-type account, when logged in with the agency owner credentials, you’ll have access to Template Builder, a feature that allows you to code your own templates with a flexible layout area to be used within the drag and drop editor.
To get to Template Builder, click the "menu" in the upper right corner of your screen, and chose the "assets" option. Once there, you can click "create a new template" to start your coding. After you’ve got the new template created, please be sure to click to the "share" tab to specify with which subaccounts the template should be shared. If you run into any trouble with Template Builder, we’ve got some great help documentation available online — just click the "Template Builder help" button you’ll find on the main Assets page.
Hope this helps! For anyone else out there who may be reading this post, Template Builder is a feature only available for our agency and org accounts. If you have a direct pro account with Emma (which doesn’t have access to Template Builder), this Community post explains how you can create your own template from within the drag and drop editor.
