Am I missing something?  Why can't I delete a contact from Emma?

I've tried selecting the people I need to remove, but there is not a button or option to remove contact.  I have to go and select each individual, create a group that is called "REMOVE / DELETE" and then individually click through on each person and remove them from all other groups.

There has to be a way to remove a contact.

In Emma, 'archiving' is the equivalent to deletion with the exception that the contact is moved to an archived items state (similar to the trash bin on your computer).

Archiving will remove the contact from your account and will not count towards contact based billing for subsequent terms.

To do this for a single contact you can navigate to audience, find the contact you're looking to archive, select the drop down arrow to the right of the contact and select archive.

If you're looking to archive an entire group worth of contacts, you can head to audience > groups > 'group name' > actions > archive all.

Lastly, to visit your archived items at any time you can select the drop down menu in the top right of your account and choose 'archived items'.

I've also created a quick video for you as an example:

I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
