Display Audience choices on Classic Sign-up form

We'd like to display choices for which audience a new contact is added to, on one of our forms. I see information about setting the audience group to display on a form, on this link:

But don't see those steps to do that on an already created audience group.

We also only want the audience groups to display on one form, that we use internally. Is this possible?

Hi!

Phillip from Emma Support here! With this form, existing groups will be available once you click "add or remove groups" when editing the form.

Also, it is possible to create this type of form dedicated to internal use. Where that form appears is completely controlled by you the user and it will not appear anywhere until you publish it. I would be sure to name the form something like, "internal form only". That way, other users know not to use it with general mailings or as a signup on your website.
