Do "white listing" instructions work for external recipients too?

If I KNOW that valid email addresses are showing up as hard bounces from recent campaigns, are there directions I can send to those contacts (or their IT teams) to allow Emma emails through their servers? Are the "white listing" directions the same for external recipients, outside of my organization?

We would also suggest that a SPF record is set up to help with delivery on those receiving servers.  Take a look at this post from Emma Community.  You can also click here to view our support resource for setting up a SPF.

Taking these steps should help with the delivery of your campaigns to those receiving servers that have taken these steps.
