How long will my HTML emails last on my website? I know with similar competitor services, only the 3 most HTML emails could be saved, so we were constantly having to update. Thanks!

Great question! The online version of your campaign (and corresponding response data) are only valid for 18 months. If you want these mailings to live longer, you can convert them to PDFs and host those on your site. You can quickly and easily convert the online versions to PDFs by visiting http://pdfcrowd.com/ or http://www.html-to-pdf.net/free-onlin.... I hope this helps!

A quick update here that you can now convert your webview to a PDF from the mailing's response page. Here's how!

Is there a cap to HOW  MANY emails are valid? The original question asked how long, as well as how many - I too am familiar with competitors having a cap. Thanks!

Hi there! There’s no cap to how many emails you can post online. The only limitation is for how long they’ll work, and that’s 18 months.

What about the e2ma.net links that are used for tracking? I assume that they don't work indefinitely. Do they expire after 18 months as well? Or are they on a different timeline?

Hi Meaghan! These links will stop working properly after 18 months, too.

Related to this, how long are uploaded images available? Do these get rotated out after 18 months?
Or, what happens when the 50 MB limit is reached? Are the oldest images rotated out?

Thanks!

Hi Joe! Do you mean how long are uploaded images available in your image library? They're stored in the image library, so they won't disappear from there until you delete them.

The 50 MB limit is for your document library; while there's a limit for images, I couldn't confirm with anyone here what it is, just that no one's ever hit the limit. :) I get the sense that it's fairly large.

If were at 50 MB in your document library and tried adding another document, you would run into an error message preventing the upload.

Indeed, that's what I meant.
Thanks for the info!
