using Chrome.   The link to copy an uploaded document is not working so that I can insert it into my campaign button.   The download button and delete buttons work but not the copy URL link.  Help - thanks

I have had a similar problem (regularly) in the past where this issue is related to the Flash Plugin. May work in some browsers, but regularly it breaks this particular "copy link" function in Chrome. I would contact your IT person to see if they are able to fix this for you.

No prob. You may also look at your browsers to see if you have an ad blocker that could be conflicting with MyEmma. I don't think that's the issue, but probably helpful to see if your MyEmma account and any alternate URL's for it are whitelisted.

Hi!

Phillip from Emma Support here! I saw that your issue wasn't resolved and thought I could help. First, make sure you Chrome is up to date. Once it is, log into Emma from an incognito window and repeat your steps. If that doesn't clear it up, just let me know!

Also, did you know that you can link to your documents directly from the campaign? For more information on this, check out this article from the Emma Resource Center on the subject. I hope it helps!

But this only works when you're trying to apply a link to text, correct? I don't think there's a similar workaround when you're trying to apply a link to an image, correct?

Also, at least in my case, it's been more complicated than toggling between Incognito mode in Chrome. I have my IT people working on this very issue, and it's all boiling down to the Flash Plugin. In fact this plugin has caused similar issues in other web apps we use, including Constant Contact.

Hi Vince,

Yes, that option is only available when linking to text. Also, I usually recommend to customers to use an incognito window in Chrome when using Emma so that caching is never an issue and to ensure that plugins and extensions are disabled. Otherwise, these can be tricky troubleshoots even for savvy users.

Incognito mode does not work.   The link to pull up my documents always worked the fact that it does not work now is a recent development.
