Drafts Not Saving Correctly

I've had this issue the last few weeks while I've been creating emails. While working on a draft, I see it save automatically after each change I make and I also manually click save periodically. I see the confirmation "Saved" up at the top and think everything is fine.

Then when I send a test message, Emma sends an incorrect version to my inbox. What appears in my inbox does not match what is on my screen. It is often a version of my email that has halfway through the design process. A version that has long since been changed and saved over multiple times.

I try to exit the email draft correctly by clicking "Save & Close" in the campaign maker. I'll then go back into the draft to discover all my changes are gone and it has reverted to the incorrect version.

I have no clue what causes this and often have to re-do the entire email again.

I've had this issue on both Firefox 35 and Chrome 40.

When should I try clearing my cache? Because the issue always occurs while I am in the middle of creating a new email.

Wow, that is so frustrating. I have no idea what could be causing this, but I did want to make sure, are you looking at preview mode before sending?

No, from the main editor I only click "Send Test" which pops up on the right side of the screen.

I would try to clear it before you begin a new email and see if that works. It sounds like the browser is holding on to historical views of the page. I could be wrong, but might be worth a shot.

Hi Arizona Family Florist! I'm going to echo the comments here and say that I would first try clearing your browser's cache & cookies before logging in again. When you do that, be sure to completely close your browser and restart a new session!

I would also try using the Preview button to see if your edits are reflected there before sending a test. If they aren't, then we'll definitely want to dig into why those changes aren't saving!

Let me know if you have luck with either of those!
