If I have an email in 2 different groups and have selected both groups when sending a new campaign, will that person only receive the email once?

Yep! As long as you send to both groups at once, any members in both groups will receive one email. But if you send to the first group and later send to the second group, any members in both groups will receive two emails.

Adding Multiple Audience Groups to a mailing.
Hi— Quick question. If I add two audience groups to my mailing's Recipient List, will it automatically remove duplicates (if any subscribers are in both groups) so subscribers don't get the e-mail twice?
Thanks! The Edible Austin Team.

If I use two different segments and they have duplicate names in the groups, will only one name be used when the email is sent out? The person will not receive two emails, correct?
