Ecommerce Information Tracking Incorrectly

The ecommerce feature isn't tracking purchases correctly. While the campaign tracked 1 conversion, both Google Analytics and Shopify tracked 3. Have other people had problems with this? How can I be sure Emma is providing me with the correct analytics? Thanks!

Alright, I think I have an answer for you. We tested a couple of things and the only time that the purchase didn't register in Emma was if we opened the mailing and then navigated in a way that wasn't trackable from the Emma side.  We have a bit more info about those scenarios here:
