Editing HTML when using a template.

Hi, i found that it takes me so much more time to create mailers because there is no "html" option when editing a template. Being in retail, I have to manually upload MANY images that I want to feature. I am familiar with coding so it would save me some time just to link the image directly to my ftp ( and not myemmas ftp). - Is there anyway around this when using a template? I know its doable in assets - Why cant we do this in templates? :(

Hi there,

If you do want to completely code out a mailing, you can use the Code Your Own template (this is the best option):

Each drag and drop template has the option to use the HTML block, which you can add your own HTML including images:

Those are the two options that can be used to pop in what you need.

There is, as you mentioned, another package option that would allow you to code what you need. If you are interested in that, I can have someone reach out to you about changing your package.

I hope that helps!
