When someone clicks on an email link in one of our emails, is there a way to "mark" the click so that we can track the number of times people clicked on the link?

Hi Shannon!

Greg with Emma Support here!

You can track clicks on a particular link in your mailing's response page.

To get there:

Click on the Response tab
Find the mailing in question, click the down-arrow to the right of it, and click "View this mailing's response."
At the response page, click the tab for Clicks.

In the Clicks tab, you can view the clicks for all links in the mailing or use the drop down menu to view only the clicks for a particular link.

And just a quick note for clarity... links to email addresses are not trackable since they just open a new email within the recipient's email program (for more info on clicks, check out the following link to our Resource Center)
