I need to know if names listed like below in Excel will work when imported into Emma - or do the spaces need to be removed?

Hi!

Phillip from Emma Support here! If the name and email address appear in the same column, then no, that import won't work. If you are wanting to bring in a name with a middle initial in one column, that will not cause the the import to fail. This can cause some issues if you ever decide to use personalization tags as it will auto-populate both the first name and middle initial in this tag, [% member:name_first default="first name" %].  Therefore, my advice here is to separate this information on your spread sheet to avoid some potential long term issues. I hope this helps and just let me know if you need anything else on this!
