Email Open Rate Over Timespan

How do I find the total email open rate for a certain period of time? For example, how do I find the average open rate for all emails sent in the past 12 months?

Here is an article on how to compare mailings.

When under "Compare Mailings" within the Response Tab, click on the calendar icon shown in the screenshot below. This should allow you to compare mailings based on a custom date range. When downloading the responses, you will see the averages listed at the bottom of the Excel sheet.



To view open rates over a period of time via a line graph, you can go to "Reports" (also within the Response Tab), and enter a custom date range there.
