emails are going to junk folders for people using Outlook.

When sending email through emma we  are finding that outlook users are getting the messages in their spam folder.  How do we fix this?
Using firefox 56.0.1 (64-bit)

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear your email is being filtered incorrectly. Typically Outlook has a bit stricter of email settings than most email providers so we will see issues with this provider specifically.

This could be either content related or an issue at the server level.

Specifically, the SPF record for successful sending on a server level and the tips around body content and subject lines on a content level.

Lastly, if you have any requests from contacts directly, it always helps to add your email address into their address book or 'safe sender' profile.
