Emails being sent to the junk folder in outlook

We're sending a targeted email to primarily Outlook contacts and we're under the impression nearly all went to the junk folder. Is there anything we can do to avoid that?

Hi there!  We typically start by making sure you've Whitelisted Emma on your server and added us as an authorized sender to your SPF record.  You can find documentation on these below to pass along to your IT team to get in place.  That should help!
