All of our emails from Emma are sent to our spam folders in outlook- and we have updated our organization's Sender Policy Framework record twice.

Hi there,

Emma sent out a memo about their new sending IP range and API addresses. If you received that and tried whitelisting it already, you might want to check with Outlook. I believe they recently updated their spam guidelines and spoofing intelligence which may be effecting your emails.

I hope this helps!

Thanks, Bethany!

If your emails are still going to spam after updating your SPF record is updated and whitelisting Emma's IP range, you'll want to take the following steps:

- Add e2ma.net to your organization-wide safe sender list: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn198251(v=exchg.150).aspx

 - Adjust your BCL threshold to 8: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn720438(v=exchg.150).aspx

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
