Good morning--

Some of my embedded web forms are not viewing properly on web browsers -- please see the links and web shots below -- do you have any recommendations?

Hi! Thanks for passing along those screenshots. Can you tell me what browser (including version number) that these shots are from?

When I followed the links you provided, here's what I see in Firefox 24 on my Mac:

and

Can you also let me know what method you're using to embed these forms on your site?

Cheers,
Ben

Thanks Ben -- I think I thought I responded to your email yesterday, but it didn't go through!

I'm still have issues with this form: http://www.cmu.edu/integrated-innovat... loading correctly in Firefox 24 and Safari 5.1 -- please see the screenshot attached.

I embedded the form as a JavaScript object — size large for the full page form.

Do you think this could be a browser error and not an error on my end?

Thanks for your additional advice!

Have a good day--
Emma

Hi Emma, thanks for sending along those screen shots and for the additional information. It does appear that you're running into a newly discovered bug on our end that has to do with javascript sign ups - it's causing those bullets to appear out of place. The odd thing is that this form shows up correctly for me in Firefox 24. It does not display correctly in Safari 5.1 or Chrome 30.0.

As an alternative, using a an iframe option should work. Or you could also consider coding a custom form and connecting it to your Emma account using our API. If you want to go that route, you can find our API documentation here: http://myemma.com/resources/how-to/em...

Please let me know if you have other questions!

Thanks Ben - I added the iframe option this afternoon and hopefully that will work on all the platforms. Hopefully the javascript bug is fixed soon.

Have a good evening

Hi Emma! Maya here, stepping in for Ben.

I just wanted to let you know that our developers were able to resolve that bug, so you won't be seeing that any longer with the JavaScript versions of Emma forms!

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions here.
