I am trying to integrate Emma with Shopify. Emma shows up in the back end of Shopify, but about the second screen it, it says, "Wait for it...Our team of adorable yet surprisingly tech-savvy hamsters are connecting your Emma account and your Shopify store now." I have waited now for 6 hours, so obviously something is wrong. Also, where do I find the code to give the web designers who are setting up my Shopify site?

Hi there -- I'm sorry you're having trouble! If you're seeing Emma in your Shopify account, it sounds like Emma-related steps of your installation have completed successfully. Have you tried reaching out to Shopify support yet on why you might be getting hung up on that next step?

The code you're looking for is in the sign-up form section of your Emma account. When you create and publish the sign-up form using Emma, our sign-up modal should pop up with several options for publishing that form. You can read more about that here.

I hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply. Following up on this, I am wondering if its possible to have the email address captured on Shopify and then have the Thank you and or confirmation form from Emma come up? As I understand it, your forms are meant to work in combination with links? I am attaching a screen shot so you can see what the email capture area looks like on my Shopify site.
