My test emails aren't coming through to some people on my email server.

Emma is for some reason not sending to a few email addresses on our company server, so I cannot send myself a test email to review. I double checked and both my address and my boss's are active in our contacts, not on the do not mail list, and it's still not coming through. My assistant at the same email server is receiving the test emails. Help?

Hey @Black Ball Ferry Line

I'd first check with your Email or IT Infrastructure Administrator to see if emails from Emma are getting caught in your company's SPAM filter. If that's the case, you might see if they will set up a whitelist rule for emails coming from Emma to your system.

To that, you might also check with them about setting up a SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record for your domain. This basically says  to the outside world "Emma is allowed to send email on my behalf for my domain of domain.com." This prevents a lot of issues with using email marketing systems like Emma. You can give your IT administrator a link to this page.
