Emma Mailing Results - Salesforce

Good morning,

We recently sent out an Emma Mailing but the data is not populating correctly in Salesforce. Everything reads correctly in Emma but in Salesforce, the number of recipients is only displaying the number of opens. Also, the contacts that are not part of the number of opens in Emma do not show the Emma Mailing in their Emma Response Activities. Also, the Emma Group that we sent the mailing to was manually imported into Emma via a CSV file. That being said, the Salesforce group of the same name is not displaying the full contact list.

Hi there -- A group created in Salesforce should automatically sync over to the Emma audience. In order for folks imported into groups directly within Emma to populate in Salesforce, you'll have to re-run the Emma Setup process after the import is done.

Thanks for granting that access -- we'll hop in there and take a look to see what's going on with your response data syncing. I'll reach out here when I know more.

Hi there -- It looks like your recipient numbers are off due to your Emma groups not fully syncing over to Salesforce, resulting in the response not displaying correctly. It looks like you've spoken with my colleague Katie before (over here) on some other mailing response sync issues. This seems to be related and should also remedy itself when the connected app version of the integration is available.
