The password for Eventbrite was changed, so I believe that has created an issue. How do I reset the link to Eventbrite?

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in responding to your question! You can disconnect from Eventbrite in your account settings. Just go to the tools icon in the top right corner of the page and select 'Apps' from the dropdown. Then click on 'revoke access' next to Eventbrite and then you'll be able to reconnect with it. Please let me know if I can help further!

I'm having a similar problem, only I do not have an App tab. Also, when I do go to Tools and select "Apps" it takes me to "recent account activity" instead. How can I reset this?

Hi there! We've resolved this for you both via phone/email, so just stepping in for Adriane to close the loop on this thread.

If you don't see an "Apps" tab in your account, you can follow these steps to disconnect the Eventbrite integration:
  1. Hop into your account and highlight everything in the URL bar after "https://app.e2ma.net".
  2. Replace it with the following: "/app2/social/eventbrite_disconnect/" (no quotes).
  3. Head to that page, and you'll see a message letting you know that the integration has been disconnected.
  4. Go back to your campaign, insert the Eventbrite button, and re-link Emma to your Eventbrite page.
Give me a shout if you have any follow-up questions here!
